Under Bulgarian law, Global Audit Services EOOD is a single-member limited liability company. The company is managed and represented by its manager.
In accordance with its internal rules, the firm recruits university graduates in Accounting and Control, Finance, Law, Marketing, Management, International Economic Relations, Information Technology and other disciplines.
In addition to its permanent staff, the firm works with an associated law firm, an accounting practice and highly qualified specialists in business valuation and consulting.
Our aim is to provide the resources and conditions needed to achieve the highest levels of productivity and quality. We therefore continually improve recruitment, professional training and staff assessment at every level, as well as our working standards.
Our team values ethical conduct, integrity and cooperation, and approaches its work with a positive attitude.
The firm’s partners have a strong theoretical and practical background as auditors and consultants in corporate finance, taxation, commercial and employment law, and international accounting standards. They are certified public accountants and members of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Bulgaria.
