Enquiries
The form sends your name, organisation, email, selected service and message to the firm’s business mailbox. Phone and preferred deadline are optional. We use the information to respond and, where applicable, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Do not send financial documents or sensitive information through this form.
Processing and retention
The website and email use SuperHosting.BG. Correspondence is accessible to the team handling the enquiry. The website keeps no separate database of submitted messages. Correspondence remains in the business mailbox for the time needed to handle it, follow up and meet applicable legal obligations. The period depends on whether a professional engagement follows.
Security and technical data
To prevent abuse, the server temporarily uses hashed technical identifiers, counters and references. These contain no message fields and are cleaned on subsequent requests after their lifetime expires, with an active lifetime of up to 24 hours. The host may keep separate technical logs for security and operation of the service.
Local preferences and external links
Your cookie and local-storage choice is retained for six months. We remember the animation pause only with your permission. There are no advertising or analytics tools. The guide works in your browser and neither sends nor saves the conversation. News is retrieved on the server from official public sources. External links are subject to the destination website’s policies.
